Very soon thereafter, you will receive an e-mail detailing the URL's to use for accessing the test for future editing or for use as a test participant. If you do not enter a valid e-mail address, you will not receive this important information.

• You may not use assessments hosted on ClearLearning servers for commercial purposes without express permission from ClearLearning.
  
  
• Your assessments and any stored responses may be deleted at any time without notice. This MAY occur as soon as 24 hours after the test has been created. For your assessment data to remain intact, special arrangements must be made with ClearLearning.
  
  
• You agree that all of the information entered above is true and accurately represents you, the submittor. It is especially important that you double check the e-mail address as important information on how you access your tests on ClearLearning will be sent to that address. In return, we agree to keep your personal information private and will not release it without your express permission. Entering false or misleading information will result in immediate deletion of your documents without notice.
