Title - This is the title that will appear in the title bar of the web page for the test or survey when it is published to the Web. This is free format, however, it cannot contain HTML directives. Such directives are ignored by Web browsers and may be incorrectly included in the title as plain text.

Owner ID - This is an identifier required for  the creator to retrieve the results of the test from the Web server.

Password - This is used in conjunction with the Owner ID to permit secure access to the testís results on the Web server.

Color Scheme - Use these popup menus to selection the colors that you wish to have various parts of the test colored.

Header - The text entered in this box will be displayed at the top of the published web page in tall, Heading 1 styled text. To override this default style and include your own HTML markup, check the HTML checkbox.

Footer - The text entered in this box will be displayed at the bottom of the published web page in plain, left justified text.  To override this default style and include your own HTML markup, check the HTML checkbox.

Instructions - The text entered in this box will be displayed indented at the top of the published web page below the header in plain text.  To override the default style and include your own HTML markup, check the HTML checkbox.

Prepared by - The text entered in this box will be displayed right justified at the bottom of the published web page below the footer in italicized text preceded by the words Prepared by and followed by the date on which the test was generated.
