Anonymity and Permitting Users to Recall Responses

The User Recall submission handling options control access to a user's submissions. When enabled, users can recall their responses and their evaluation.

  • anonymous survey results - checking this option instructs Test Pilot's web server extension to hide the submitter's id, name and computer address information when recalling results. This information will be hidden even from the test owner.

  • permit users to recall their own responses - when checked, this option will permit users to recall their submissions from the web server, typically along with their scores. You may also specify a date and time after which recall will be permitted. Make sure you use 4-digit years in the date field and 24 hour times in the time field in order to avoid any Y2K or am/pm confusion.

Submission recall is accomplished using the Test Pilot login dialog. When this option is enabled a button will be provided for users to recall their responses. Users may only recall their own responses.
