The response maintenance options are designed to allow you to clear the various files used for recording user information. You can clear: the submission records containing user responses the request records which are used when limiting particiapant requests to view the test all of the above.

Submission Data and Question Deletion

The data in participant submissions refers to questions in the Test Pilot .tp3 file. To prevent data reference problems, when editing questions, if you choose to delete a question, Test Pilot will ask you to dispose of your assessments submissions. If you wish to retain the participants submission data, do not delete any questions. You can always choose to not include a question on an assessment without deleting the question from the .tp3 file.
