
Owner's E-Mail Address - enter an e-mail address to be used as a return address for any automatically generated e-mail messages for this assessment. E-mailing functions require special configuration and security permissions that may not be available at all installations.
Managers - you may specify a set of assessment managers to assist you. They may have varying levels of access as specified in this list. In order for the managers to log in, they must follow the same procedure as the owner except using the unique id and password entered in this list. The following levels of manager security are available:
- enabled - if this is not checked, the manager account is inactive and may not be used.
- edit tests and reports - this permits the manager to edit an assessment and define custom reports. Managers may not edit the manager list. Only the assessment owner is permitted to do so.
- erase records - this permits the manager to delete recorded participant submissions
- score submissions - this permits the manager to manually score/rescore sumbissions
- make exceptions - this permits the manager to make special exceptions to security restrictions
Saving your Changes - Don't forget to Update
It should be noted that on the editing panels, you will see one or more Update buttons. Whenever you adjust a setting or make changes to any item, you must click an update button to record the changes. You may make multiple changes and then click Update, but if you fail to click the update button, your changes may not be recorded.
