Test Pilot Enterprise v4.1 introduced the concept of a public assessment library. The library is a tree structured directory where assessments are the leaves that test authors may check out. The Test Pilot administrator maintains this tree building catalogs and subcatalogs and promoting any author's assessment into the catalogs. The tree is navigated starting at the base with a list of calalogs presented. To create a new subcatalog, enter a title in the space provided and click the Add Subcatalog button. To delete a catalog, check the enable delete checkbox and then click the Delete button associated with the catalog desired. The catalog must be empty in order for deletion to occur. Thus, in the case of a populated catalog, you must first delete the enclosed subcatalogs and assessment entries. To access or change a subcatalog, simply click on that catalog's name.
Below the list of catalogs is a list of assessments in the Test Pilot database organized by author.
